Galway Farm Grooming is centrally located in the Elmira Corning Horseheads area of Central New York and is readily accessible from Ithaca and Watkins Glen. Unlike the ‘Big Box’ Pet Grooming chains our privately owned facility is located in a quiet country setting where you can confidently rely on our 30+ years of experience for all your dog grooming needs. We groom all breeds of dogs from Newfoundlands to Yorkies.

Full Service Dog Grooming
This is why we offer full service dog grooming for those times when your dog may need a little more than their coat trimmed.
Every Full Service Grooming appointment includes Medicated Bathing, Teeth Cleaning, Nail Trimming & Ear Cleaning

Medicated Bathing
Medicated shampoos are highly-specific care products that address certain skin conditions in pets. They help relieve itching, dandruff, irritation, redness, as well as other conditions.
Teeth Cleaning
Teeth Brushing included FREE with every full service grooming appointment. Teeth scaling can be requested for an additional charge.
Nail Trimming
Nail trimming is included with every full service grooming (a la carte $10).
Ear Cleaning
Ear Cleaning is also included. FREE with every grooming appointment!
bOARDING
Relax while you are away from home and can’t take your pet with you. Kathy’s vast experience will ensure your pet is in good hands. Your pet will enjoy their stay on our property and free play time in our new exercise yard. Call to scheduling your boarding appointment at 607-739-4164.
About the Owner
Kathy started an early career in dog showing at the age of fifteen traveling extensively throughout the Eastern and Mid-Western US. She is experienced with many breeds, and specialized in showing, working and herding dogs attending many national and regional specialties as well as Westminster. Kathy’s 30 year career includes significant veterinary experience, all breed professional pet grooming, and four years as the sole proprietor of a large boarding kennel in Mount Holly, NJ. Now she has returned back home to Upstate New York and is thrilled to bring her comprehensive experience to Galway Farm Grooming. Galway Farm Grooming is open Monday Saturday by appointment only.
